High Country Salmon is a boutique, 100% NZ family-owned salmon farm, floating café and fish shop situated 3km south of Twizel.

Logans Café is open 7 days a week during the day and is Twizel’s newest evening dining venue. Be a part of #TheLogansExperience and try the sashimi, sushi, cabinet food or the impressive cuisine from the kitchen.
The Fish Shop has a wonderful range of fresh, smoked and cured salmon, deli items, kitchenware and merchandise. You can order online via the website, with overnight nationwide delivery.
You can feed the hungry salmon out on the deck for free (or a donation to the charity of the month).
The Catch-A-Fish experience is suitable for the whole family – you can catch your own glacial mountain salmon and take it home!
