Rooted in Dunedin, No8 Distillery embodies the resourceful No8 spirit, crafting bold, award-winning spirits with locally foraged botanicals and innovative techniques. Fourth-generation distiller Julien Delavoie continues his family’s legacy from Normandy, where rum, calvados, brandy, and cider were a way of life. With over 45 international medals, including World’s Best Gin 2022, his creations capture every mood— whether Rum, Absinthe, Gin, or Liqueurs.
After 6 years in multiple locations, Julien has settled the distillery on Bond Street, Dunedin’s new craft district in front of No Name Alley. This evolving venue brings the No8 experience to life with:
